Strengthening Your Heart For Victorious Living

Psalms 84:5: Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them.

All Life comes from God, it is a force, an energy that is active, expressive and fruitful. Life is of different levels, and is measured by quantity- the duration of its existence and quality- the excellence of its functions. God created men to live forever and to function at their optimal level! People are the highest of all of God’s creation. Not only can we live and perform on the outside, in a physical environment; there is an inner life in our soul (will, thoughts and emotions) and a supernatural life in our spirit. The condition of the human heart is the Key to all the three levels of living, which affect and dominate one another.

Christ In Us, The Hope Of Glory

Colossians 1:27: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory (KJV)
Colossians 1:27: The mystery in a nutshell is just this: Christ is in you ( The Message)

The “Zoe”, the New Life, the Life of Jesus Christ is transformational. It is the power of prosperity working from the inside out, changing our thinking, emotions, values, anticipations and expectations; in fact our bodies, environment and relationships will all be affected by this power called “Christ” within. It is this “Transformational, Prosperous Life Force” that turns the wilderness into a living water, a dry ground into “Watersprings”! Jesus is God’s power on earth made available to men! Lay hold of the fact that Christ is in you, not far away out there somewhere, to be begged for and sought after. By faith believe the Transformation; talk about it, confess it, live by it, walk in it! Turn on your “in Christ” consciousness, pay attention to your “born again spirit”, be aware of your holy and righteous nature and choose to live by it; until it becomes so real and powerful to you that to live any other way is unthinkable and impossible! Who is Jesus, the embodiment of truth, wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, love, faith, power, grace, mercy and glory!

Live by The Reality Of the New Life

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace Hebrews 4:16
But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:) Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach Romans 10:6-8

Salvation is a reality, a done deal not a wish not a hope. Many Christians live a self-defeated life because they stop the work of God at the point of the new birth. They are born again, but they live on in their old life, they continue to live as if they have never been saved, given sonship and authority. They are not fed with the knowledge of their salvation and therefore stay as ignorant and immature children who have no power over the evil one, the bully in life. Too often they are begging and wishing for God to hear their prayers not even dare to believe that God will answer them. To them, the Christian life is passively avoiding evil, wishing for approval from God, protection from evil and staying quiet until they reach heaven. Yes, there are many prayers, self-denial and suffering but not much knowledge of the nature of God and the reality of their redemption! Since knowledge is missing, faith is not there and joy is scarce. To them God is easily offended, not quite accessible and of cause incomprehensible and unidentifiable. Their approach to God is almost stoical and uni-directional. The emphasis is on them loving God rather than God loving them! This is not God, not of the Holy Spirit but a religious spirit that fakes the Holy Ghost to put burden, fear and control on God’s people. We must not turn Christianity into a works religion. We must not replace faith with wish and love with fear and communion with self-propitiation. Jesus has already pleased God; the judgment over sin has been done through the sacrifice of Jesus. Our faith is in Jesus, His blood, and His sacrifice. Our assurance is in the covenant promises of the Bible to the believers of Jesus Christ. Our communion is with the Holy Spirit by the righteous justification obtained through faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We should not doubt His approval of us, wishing and begging for acceptance any more, to do this is to cancel what Jesus has done for us on the cross! A religion filled with doubts, self-concern, self-effort and fake humility is certainly not of God! Let us rise up, refuse to be deceived and whipped by the religious devil! Let us rise up to our sonship, liberty and authority given to us by the Love of our Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Stop wishing and start believing. You don’t have to pray for faith, it has been given to you, it is in your born again spirit, you already have it for you to use. Faith connects you to God’s grace! You love God, He loves you even more; He gave you that love to begin with so you can love Him by the faith of your spirit! How awesome is His grace!

The Law tells me how crooked I am; Grace comes along and straightens me out. Dwight L Moody

He can do it for you

By Kerrie

I left Brisbane State High before finishing Grade 11, and began working for a floor sanding company. I earned enough to support myself, with the rest for parties and fun with the boys. I experienced the usual ups and downs, as well as the heartache of broken relationships.

When I reached 23, I bought my first home and moved in with my then-girlfriend, Sarah, and her two children. Not long after that, Sarah started attending church regularly. So one day, I decided to tag along with her. It was that day that God touched my heart so deeply that my whole life began to change. Soon afterwards, Sarah and I decided to get married and committed our relationship to the Lord.
